Connect your Grad School Era account to the AI assistant you already use. Ask about your programs, deadlines and the professors you are considering, and have it update your plan when you ask.

- Claude: Settings › Connectors › Add custom connector. Paste the link.
- ChatGPT: Settings › Apps & Connectors › Advanced › turn on Developer mode, then Create. Paste the link and choose OAuth.
- Sign in with the Google account you use for Grad School Era and click Allow.
Custom connectors may need a paid ChatGPT or Claude plan. You can disconnect any time in Grad School Era › Plan & settings.

- Nothing connects without your approval on our sign-in page, and you can disconnect at any time.
- The assistant cannot see payment details, change your plan or delete anything.
- Sign-in uses OAuth with short-lived tokens. We store only scrambled (hashed) copies of them.
